Hey Penguins! Today Ninja tweeted a new Club Penguin video cam on Youtube. The video was with all workers showing some sneak peaks all around camp/school. In the video you can scare penguins but do you have to be dressed up to scare? I have watched Monsters University two days ago and everything is the same! Lets take a look at the video.
